Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancelling Pro

You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account. Cancelling stops the next renewal; Pro stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and then your account returns to the free plan. Your account, portfolio and access to the Vault are kept.

Your 14-day cancellation right

UK consumer law normally gives you 14 days from subscribing to cancel. Pro is digital content that starts immediately, so at checkout we ask you to agree that access begins straight away and that you lose this right once it has started. Even so, if you ask for a refund within 14 days of your first Pro payment, we will refund it in full.

Renewals

Renewal payments are not normally refundable, because you can cancel before any renewal. If you were charged for a renewal you did not intend and have not used Pro since, email us within 7 days and we will refund it.

When something goes wrong on our side

If Pro is unavailable for a significant part of a billing period, or we discontinue it, we will refund the affected or unused part of that period.

How to ask

Email support@thefootball.exchange from the address on your account. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 working days. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
